Several years into farming, we discovered microgreens and have never looked back. Microgreens are essentially baby vegetables, tray grown and harvested 7-21 days after germination. They are so nutritious and delicious we can’t imagine not growing them for ourselves and our customers. We are constantly experimenting with different varieties, but our staples are: pea shoots, sunflower shoots, a spicy radish mix, and a mild brassica mix. You can find our microgreens weekly at the South Durham Farmer’s Market, via CSA subscription, and at several local restaurants.
